I am in Perth. This is a Sydney number that called me on my mobile. As usual I didn't answer it. But I called back from a private landline four minutes later and just got that incredible droning recorded male voice that sounds like he has just taken five sleeping pills and says "Unfortunately we cannot connect your call at this time, please try again later. Five One Three; "Unfortunately we cannot connect your call at this time, please try again later. Five One Three; "Unfortunately we cannot connect your call at this time, please try again later. Five One Three"
