This number tried to call me. I let it go to voicemail. No message left just back ground noise like a tv on. Reading previous comments, I will not be returning the call.

I called my power provider and they confirmed the call was not from them; so phone calls from this number are scams. They are claiming to give discounted rate on your power bill, and phishing for personal information.
