Hi , i was booked in for 13/06/2012 (Wednesday) at 4pm for a washing machine repair. I`ve been trying to contact you via phone but no one is answering it. Your technition was supped to be at 314/80 Chandler St , Belconnen at 4pm , it`s 6pm right now and no one has turned. One of your employees - Steve once and then he never responded. Steve booked for Friday 8th , no one turned up that day either. Then he booked me in for today but no one came. I am not satisfied with your customer service.
