Fridge land service was terrible and I will never buy Samsung again as I will have to deal with this guy. We are just going to buy a new washing machine because I'm sick of chasing him to fix my machine, it's been 6 weeks now and has been a no show every time he said he was coming.

Don't hire this person. He doesn't turn up when he says he will, and if something is under warranty, he will charge you anyway, then when it is all clear for a reimbursement to be issued, he will get the money off the company (in this case samsung) and not pass the money on to you. After months of following this up, he gave us a cheque, which then bounced. Not worth the time and effort, and it is a disgrace that samsung would recommend him as their 'repairer'.

Hi , i was booked in for 13/06/2012 (Wednesday) at 4pm for a washing machine repair. I`ve been trying to contact you via phone but no one is answering it. Your technition was supped to be at 314/80 Chandler St , Belconnen at 4pm , it`s 6pm right now and no one has turned. One of your employees - Steve once and then he never responded. Steve booked for Friday 8th , no one turned up that day either. Then he booked me in for today but no one came. I am not satisfied with your customer service.
