pretending to be from Telstra-saying there were problems with my internet connection

This number has been calling me for the last week and every day and today i have had about 7 calls from them. I answer the call and no one answers they just hang and and they don't leave a voice message.What can i do to stop them.

This idiot called a number of times and we blocked it. It still calls but the blocking feature stops it from ringing.

Number not recognized. Call ignored. No message left. Assumed BS

Called 8 times in last 2 days usually hangs up when answered. The one time I answered they claimed to be with Telstra Support Dept saying there is a fault with the internet connection that they'll fix - Scam!

Calls quite often, hangs up, no-one home.

Been onto Telstra its an overseas scammer using this number. When you call back its message bank is full.

When I answered there was only silence. Then after a pause a computer generated 'goodbye'.

6 calls in the last two days. No answer then a mechanical voice says "Goodbye"

This number is continuing to call my mother. When you call back the message bank is full with no answer.

Called 4 times in an hour on my landline when I wasn't home. Didn't leave a message. No-one answered when I called back the next morning.
