This number keeps calling and when I call back a recording tells me the call cannot be connected, check the number and try again.

Just got a call from this number regarding solar rebate. Before 'Karen' could give me her spiel, I asked where she got my number from. She told me she got it from the white pages. I then asked her to tell me what my name is, she gave me some BS name, so I advised her that I am not in the white pages, I have an unlisted number, the name she gave me was not mine and I am also on the do not call register. Honestly what else can be done about this?? Its rediculous
