The call was about canceling Amazon account, which I don’t have but pressed one for assistance to see how I was about to be scammed. I told him I had an iPhone and he told me to go to the App Store and download a program called Any Desk. This program is remote help software that allows another user to log into your device and mirror it on their end. This software is available across al platforms, androids and windows.
I told him to stop scamming and he replied with “have I asked you for any personal details”.
