Didn't know the number so didn't pick up. They left a voicemail which was a pre-recorded message in Mandarin. Short message, pause, sounded like the same message repeated, then hung up. I guess its the same old embassy scam or whatever that was previously.
Starting to get more pre-recorded messages left on voicemail. Might disable voicemail. People i know text if they cant reach me and need something.
