Caller: Chinese Embassy Recorded msg in Mandarin - I called back twice and it rang through but was declined on the receiving end. I searched Google for the Chinese Embassy in Canberra and noted, it too began with (02) 6228 XXXX. Am suspecting some national callout is being made via their embassy.
