Caller: Someone Chinese

Robocall delivered in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese, but I can identify well-spoken Mandarin. The call hung up automatically at the end with the characteristic squeak of Indian scam calls hanging up, so probably a VOIP call from overseas being redirected in Australia into the local telephone network. Suspect that this call was aimed at scamming or intimidating Chinese in Australia.
