When I ring number back, rings out once then busy tone. Likely spammer.

When I call this number back, phone rings out once and then get a busy tone.

I picked up the call. It seems that a recording machine in (female voice) Chinese started. As I don't understand Chinese at all, nothing I can understand what it said. I am wondering why it called my number.

The voice mail left was in chinese, the only word i understood was "Chinese Embassey". I called the number straight back and got message that the number had been disconnected.
