Caller: Chinese voicemail Voicemail left in chinese.
A previous version of a call like this a few months back, I checked with a chinese speaking colleague who said it was a scam around tax being unpaid to the chinese government. Obviously they just leave the messages to as many phones as possible hoping that someone will fall for it.
