says there is an affidavit out on my and my house is under surveillance. Was a computer generated message and did not mention any names. But it was all distorted in the middle like the battery running the machine was going flat ....lol

Received a computer generated message detailing that an affidavit has been leveled against me, that I am now a listed as a primary suspect and that my house is now under surveillance...
I just wish these dumb c**ts would f**k off...

This was 2nd call from "ATO" (ha! ha!), this time it was an Australian woman's voice. Told me there was a warrant for my arrest and that my house was under surveillance. I live on an island and anyone out of the ordinary stands out like the proverbial dog's you know what. Told her it was bullsh1t, that the ATO does not contact people that way and hung up. Then rang the ATO and gave them the number and filled out a report by phone.

Also told me that there is an affidavit against me and my house is under surveillance, computer generated.

I had a message on my phone too from a missed call and it said the same crap about the affidavit against my name. I rang back an i asked them to verify who they were and then it went blank then i rang back again and there was no answer

Tried to convince me that they were the tax department, but hung up when I asked them a few questions. Scam. Don't give them any information.
