Caller: Message left after missed call

This is a scam with recorded message asking me to pay tax owing or the federal police will arrest me.

I got a phone call from this number they left a message. I played the message back, it was a robotic voice saying "This is the taxation office you have been selected for tax avoidation…… to avoid penalty pay immediately or go to federal prison"
