Caller: Scam robocall

Robo-call with pre-recorded message which was saved to my voicemail but missed the start of the message:
"...fraudulent and suspicious activities. Paperworks sent to registered address has auto-returned back unsigned and undelivered. For this the petition is already filed, including your warrant for arrest. Now before the case is sent for execution and to receive legal notification for more information press 1 or give us a call back on same number. Otherwise your tax file number will get suspended and you will get arrested. [long pause] Goodbye.

Text voice message left on mobile :Lynn the fraudelent and suspicious activities. Paper work sent to the registered address has also returned back and signed and delivered to this"

Phone only rang once and caller hung up.
