Left a message saying house is under surveillance and not to ignore message and to call back asap. Called back with my number hidden. No answer.
Number is coming from Yass, NSW.

Got a message saying something along the lines of ATO - call back or be prosecuted. As everyone else says here, it's a scam. Block the number and live your life.

Fake ATO scam - by some recorded female voice - would prosecute if i didn't call back -

Recorded message saying that warrant out from ATO, house under surveillance - these people are scum.

Received same call, SPAM SPAM SPAM

Got a quick call so that I wouldn't answer and had to call back. I call back and I get a guy in India and he said to me that I wait for one moment while he got my details up(prior to me even saying who I was)..... I asked him what company this was and the guy said debt department of Australian Taxation Office. I cut him off and told him he wasn't and to not call my number again. To this he said Ok and hung up.

Text-to-voice autodialler saying it's the ATO and you are under survelliance etc. Don't fall for this rubbish. Just block the number.
