Exactly the same thing. A recorded message was left on my mobile telephone, stating that I am the nominated (or similar) person in a Court case and that I had better ring this number back. My house is under surveillance? No doubt a scam, or prank..

Recorded message about being involved in a court case of some sort. The house is under surveillance and to call back another number. Dodgy as. Beware

SCAM - States that they are ringing from the ato because there is a lawsuit against us and are foreclosing on our house unless we pay.

This computer generated voice is apparently ringing on behalf of the Commonwealth Directors of Public Prosecution on behalf of the taxation department. They say there is an affidavit against my name and my house is under surveillance. I can assure you that there is neither of these things happening.
