Appears to be a Powerball and lotto scam call. I missed the call and it went to message bank, after a long pause an automated voice said "a free powerball or aus lotto ticket for the 15mil draw is waiting for you. Press 1 to redeem". Report the number to scamwatch.gov.au if you receive a call like this.
