Voice mail to call back otherwise 'you will be arrested' pretending to be the ATO, and there is a lawsuit against me!

Caller: Unidentified person with an Indian accent

Supposedly the ATO who have filed a lawsuit under your name, requesting call back. Upon calling back, a person with an Indian, broken english accent picks up the phone. The number's listed in Canberra - Scam!

Received a call from this number, did not answer. It was an automated call, Roboball, left a message on voicemail to say that if I do not call the number then I will be arrested. I have blocked the number and ignored the call.
