Phone rang 4 times then stopped. Pressed *10# and came up with this number. This is obviously why people are answering as it hangs up. i.e. It must be an auto-dialler. I entered a competition last night. Phone call from these leeches next morning. They pay for your details from several sources. The phone starts ringing, but doesn't connect their end until you pick up. It only rings a few times because they want people who answer quickly (some marketing psychology garbage I bet - that if you answer fast, you're more likely to say yes). How these fools think they can sell anything when they don't even let the phone connect is beyond me. I'm fed up with these types of calls. It costs me $ every time I use *10# - and I'm on the government 'do not call' list anyway! I fill out one competition and it seems to wipe that away.

I have had 2 of these today and yes, they are persistent. I have just signed up with Dodo so I'm guessing they know this is happening. Maybe a call to Consumer Affairs might put a rocket up Dodo to not use this type of service for competitions. Annoying and rude as the others before me say!

I was called at 3.30 then 5.10 on 18 Aug '16. Persistent buggers.

Same thing, called saying I had won an online competition for the amount of $2000 but it's just a spam call, do not provide your details to them.

Got a phone call from this number. A woman with an accent said hello and then hung up. Pity she wouldn't go back to where she came from and annoy people there.
