Caller: I don't know

These are scammers who threaten to shut down my internet access and who do so knowing that they can do so with such impunity under the existing legal/justice system in Australia that they do not even bother to block their 'Caller ID'.
Last month, other scammers fraudulently accessed my debit card details from a merchant I had used on-line to order thousands of dollars of goods and services. If these people use a gun or even a knife to be parasites, there might be action but if they use digits and a computer or mobile phone, then our authorities will just let them continue to do it.
