This call was from a health insurance person, wanting to do a comparison on other options for me. After answering a few questions I said I did not want to proceed with the comparison. He became annoyed that I did not say that at the start of the call. Unfortunately, I had to resort to telling him to f off and stop f***king calling me.
How about this approach? Your first question to a client should be whether they would like to proceed with a comparison for health insurance services? Rather than asking probing questions - get straight to the point.
