Caller: Oak Road wine sales are deaf and they fail to hear the word NO

I've purchased wine from Oak Road in the past and no longer do so because the wine was anonymous and frankly not up to scratch. However my real beef with this company is their constant calling for me to re order within days of my earlier purchases. I've told them many times it takes 2-3 months for our household to consume a dozen bottles of wine but they don't listen. I have told them we are finished with this company due to quality and harassment and bizarrely they ignore our instructions and continue to pester us.

they are seriously harrassing callers. They have called on over 20 different numbers. They refuse to remove me from their list. It has been going on for years.
