Claimed to be from EBay and said money would be deducted from my account if I did not press one of three numbers provided on my keypad. As I hadn't answered this was on my message bank.

Caller: One of those annoying Asian American accent scam crap

I called back ….to be told a 300 dollar purchase had been made from a mobile phone …at which point I hung up

Scam.

Saw this number and let it ring through. It left a voice message. It was an auto generated message claiming to be ebay stating a purchase request of $299 had been made on my account and would be deducted unless I press numbers on keypad.

I do not use eBay.

told me i have a $300 transaction coming out of my bank account and to call to cancel transaction

Caller: EBay

Said $299.99 paid from my account to some purchase. Said to press various numbers to confirm et al. Ignore. Scam. Delete.

They left a message - Supposedly from eBay wanting to confirm a purchase. I don’t use eBay
