Tried to log into Canon to reinstall printer software. Immediately had two Australian Capital Territory landlines call me. Realised from here it’s scammed to my mobile. Blocking those numbers!

Caller: "John Jose"from Digital Solutions (02) 6100 3831 or NZ 098898822 EM help @ tech24.support

Had trouble with my legit. Norton (Symantec). Received mob.phone call - "no caller ID". Claimed to be Norton technician - offfered to fix my hard-drive problems - Eventually I paid for an additional Norton "anti- virus product (scam) Instead they hijacked my norton E mail sign in a/c and installed malware on computer. During the scam provided a Norton Logo invoice (fake) - from Digital Solutions. Also info sheet including my cust. ID - technicians name John Jose; my cust.support number; Phone number on Invoice (02) 6100 3831.Then used my hotmail to send a fake message from me to solutiondigital230 @ gmail.com - outling their whole scam process and my support for their fraudulent process. Payment listed on my M/card account as "Paypal"- have never used Paypay. Slick and slippery.

I contacted Tom Tom about my GPS. The respondent pretended to be Tom Tom person.
Accessed Computer and home network deleted Antivirus and installed Webroot antivirus and logos for CISCO (no hardware or program), Advance IP Protection ?? value and Trojan Horse Logo (no program.) - a complete rip-off / scam. To embarrassed to say how much I paid. Two weeks later another attack/scam which I suspect was related.

Caller: Damon called

Tried to upgrade my Garmin GPS was hijacked to call Damon and then they downloaded a program and took control of my computer. said I had lots of trojan viruses and it would cost me $136.00. They actually hijacked the Garmin Website and that's how they got me. I stupidly believed them and gave them $133.00. They downloaded Webbroot onto my computer. After realizing it was a scam I scrubbed my computer. Luckily I realized next day. They are now ringing on Different Numbers trying to get more money out of me. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO SAYS FOR YOU TO CLICK ON A LINK. You have to be so Aware. They are out there and everywhere.
