I rang the Charlestown Centrelink number and I got the Fax machine. I am new to all this and I can understand people's frustration. All I want to do is make an appointment but can't seem to find an appropriate number.

Not attending the appointment I have tomorrow because you guys won't help an Australian citizen that's struggling and not drugged up anyway.

I don't know how to work this system. I've been trying to contact Centrelink now to get some kind of payment and going up there is a waste of time,

I am not a centrelink customer. I receive no payments whatsoever. I actually work weekdays. I urgently need an appointment to talk to someone about my elderly parents and because the phone doesn't have that on its menu it hung up on me. I called the aged care number and it is constantly engaged. After spending 20 minutes on hold on the complaints number I finally gave up. I am absolutely disgusted with the complete lack of service and will probably have to have time off work to go to a branch to speak to a person. Meanwhile my parents continue to be financially abused by drug addicted family members. Not good enough.

That number is a Fax No. Why advertise a fax no as a phone number

How do you contact someone by phone to make an appointment to talk to a person re pensions when all you hear is about the budget

What time do you'd close today
