Matthew Rixon/Matthew Geoffrey Rixon/Matthew Douglas was charged with 36 counts of making false and misleading statements to ASIC in Dec 2018, and in Sep 2019 he managed to earn an additional 8 charges for similar conduct. Since then, his cases have been popping up in the courts every couple of weeks for civil, various criminal, and the occasional domestic hearing. As busy as he sounds, he’s continued to screw MORE unwary customers and contractors out of their money.

To access funds out of the Waratah netball clubs bank account you need multiple signatures of people on the board eg president, treasurer and these people can be in no way related so please tell me how did Lyn Maddison use it as her personal account?lol Lyn is still a life member of the club and only left when her daughter grew up and Waratah no longer had a team for her to play in.

The news reports released last Friday request to call Crimestoppers if you know where he is.
