Caller: "personal injury hotline"

A lady with the a thick accent claiming she was from "personal injury hotline" and then proceeded to ask me if I have been in an car accident in the last couple of months, I asked her if this is a government organisation, she said something that I couldn't understand and I again asked her what organisation is she calling from, she then just repeated "personal injury helpline"
I then told her, if this is not a government organisation, why does she care if I've been or have not been in an car accident in the last couple of months.
She hung up.
