Indian sounding male voice that knew our surname and asked if we had been receiving random calls then said something about the Do Not Call Register and wanting to upgrade us.

scam trying to get me to say certain things - asked same questions over and over as I would not say what he wanted me to say -

has wrong twice, left no message and I am not going to answer anytime soon..

Indian call centre. Said he was from the do not call register and was going to 'upgrade my service". Gave me surname and address (already public information) but asked me to spell my first name "starting with S". I asked him what other details he was after ... he would not say and just said "Spell your first name"!. i did not and he hung up. Obviously just trying to get more personal information and a scam!

Didn't answer call, no message left so I gather it's a scam call ! Come on telstra how can u not know who these people are ?? They're using ur lines & numbers what's the problem is finding these a holes !?! Sick to death of the calls. You know who I am when I block my number and ring u, so why can't u tell whose these scammers are & do something about it.....it's already a huge problem...get off ur arse & do something. PLEASE !

I called back number (02) 4925 2661 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
