Caller: Claims to be ATO, threatens arrest

Automated message, claims to be ATO, threatens arrest if you do not respond immediately by dialling '1'.
Attempt to call back (out of curiosity and for evidence) reaches an Optus "disconnected number" recording (I'm with Telstra). I have reported to scamwatch and telstra nuisance calls.
