Like Lance, it was a local number for me so I answered and got nothing, I rang back and the number is disconnected. I lived in that area till 2012 and still get solar panel calls

Although this is listed as a local private number in my town, the call seemed to come from overseas. Someone was trying to interest me in solar panels.
