Recorded msg (American accent) saying to call back as the ATO is sueing me and an arrest warrant will be issued if I don’t.

Same here. The message began playing before my VM started recording, so I didn't catch who they said they were from, but the robot recording does not feature proper English, which made it a dead giveaway that this is a scam.
