Thinking it is a scam - calling about the car accident I supposed had. International call routed through a local phone number

Insurance claim for an accident in the past 2 years

Got two calls, first didn't connect, the second a guy named 'William' answered and was asking about a car accident. Hung up after I asked where they were calling from.
