Mortgage scam; the caller has a very thick accent (not discriminatory but it’s a red flag). Claims to offer 2.99% interest rate, when I asked which company/ bank he’s from, he couldn’t answer. I kept asking him to disclose his background/ to repeat what he said, he eventually got annoyed and started talking loudly. Hung up on him, he tried calling in twice immediately after. Number blocked. Good on scammers like him who can’t even piece a proper story together.

Called my mobile saying "Remember when I spoke to you a couple of weeks ago about your mortgage." I don't have a mortgage. Definite scam. Not sure how they are spoofing this specific number, but it's what came up on my phone. Have blocked it, and figured I'd put something up just in case anyone else gets a call from them.
