Called up the phone claiming to be from Telstra telling me hackers were intercepting details from my IP... Told them I was on the line with the police and they were tracing the call and the line went dead

This number repeatedly telephones my home number and immediately hangs up when the cal is answered .... when called back there is no answer and a woman says, 'hello thanks for calling, we can't answer the phone right now. Leave a message and we will get back to you.'

Yep got the Telstra scenario above. I hung up.

This same number called a couple of days ago and said that they were from "Microsoft" and that my windows program was showing a number of errors. I told them that they could not access my computer and the guy abruptly hung up.

If they call me again I will track them down AND KILL THEM!!

Overseas call centre claiming to be from Telstra to tell you that your internet has been compromised. Scammer.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2017 I received a call from this number from a person giving her name as 'Jasmine from Telstra" . She was clearly a would be hacker/scammer as she proceeded to tell me that my internet account had been hacked and asked my to sit in front of my computer and follow her instructions. There were a number of others in the room with her all spruiking the same thing (at the top of their lungs). i ignored her of course.

this number calls saying they are from telstra and that your computer has been hacked. You need to open it so they can fix the problem !! hangs up imnmediately when told police are being informed

Received a call from this guy stating he was from Telstra and that my computer had been hacked. Asked me to give him my computer isp so he could fix it and I could watch what was happening on screen. Scum bag!!
