Came here to see if the number was suspicious

Answered call and caller just hung up

He claimed to be from an information gathering service which has been asked by the government to contact individuals to see if they qualify for a Tax benefits program which basically allows only 7% of Australians to divert a proportion of their income tax to ensuring their retirement is funded. Did not elaborate on the scheme as I said he only had 3 mins of my time.... 3 minutes I will never get back...lol.
He finished with giving his name and advising there would be a follow up call in 48 hours from the head of the government dept who has contracted them to identify potential candidates.
Obviously, SCAM !!!
Wicked of me, I know, but sometimes I string them along for entertainment, with fake information. :)

They ring me everyday, goes to my voicemail - they never leave a message when I call straight back I get a message from Optus saying the number is disconnected.

Rang me 5 times one women wanted to be a stripper for me on the phone then the next 4 calls male abused me.

This number keeps calling me, does anyone know who they are?

Said he was from the Australian Benefits Program, asked if I was a home owner. Before answering I asked him who he was so I can confirm something online before talking. He then asked why I was being difficult when he was trying to help me, then called me a fing idiot and hung up.
Called back but I couldnt get through.

Rang back , number disconected

Called and it was disconnected!!! But heard a woman speaking earlier when they called!!!

Many calls coming from (02) 4681**** coming in up to three times a day

Picked up a call from this number and they just hang up

Called 3 times in half an hour. No one speaks but can hear what sounds like call Centre. When I tried to call back states number is disconnected. ..

Rang back 2 minutes after this number rang and Optus say it is disconnected ????
