Regarding parking rent for three UTEs in my property 21 Matthews road Anula, 0812
Dear Sir,
The three Ute of your company Starlink pvt. Ltd. rego no, 920-210, 910-875 and BJ60YO has been parked in my property 21 Matthews road Anula, 0812 since October 2011.
No parking rent has been paid to me.
I hereby send you a notice to pay $15 per week per vehicle ($1620) to be paid to me by July 2, 2012.
The above said vehicles need to be removed from my property latest by July 2, 2012
I request an urgent action. If no action is taken, I will refer the case to small claims court and all the expenses will be your responsibility.
