Scam pre-recorded "Test" Call?
Short msg re "Stay home Stay safe" left in Msgbank.
Probably a test to see if their auto-dialler is dialing a valid number then, if valid, adds it to a list for future dial outs.
Especially as 5minutes later received another call from a known & blocked Scamming number.
Blocked this number too.
Also, Reported to Telstra, via Msgbank option 77, that this is a Scam call.
And also noticed that an identical Scam "Test" call 3days ago, was from an identical Set of numbers, just in a different order - (02) 5841 4761 - also reported & blocked.
