Caller: Telemarking/ scam/ nuisance

Is a scam/ telemarking, she talks so quickly and unclear, I asked her again where she was from as I can only understand a few clear words, she wouldn’t and kept talking over the top of me, every week after I hang up on her, I continually block every number she calls from and she just gets new Australian numbers to call from.
Apart from being rude, this woman does nothing but harass me.
Every week it goes from winning a holiday to electricity to insurance to internet etc.
Same woman after months of her phone calls I know her voice, accent and the fact she speaks over the top of my voice as soon as I answer the call.
I’m 100% sure she is a scammer.

When answered no one on the line.
When called back - automated message "outbound calls only" have blocked this number
