After working for pro-cab Aus and having to leave due to threats of violence and harassment. I was asked if I still wanted a job which I told them I definitely did but was not contacted again. After reading employee conduct and performance I noted that bullying and harassment are sackable offences haha. After reporting this I pretty much had to leave or fight the offending employee. Would love an honest explanation. Really I expected better after the way procab puts it's self across when looking for workers. Your code of ethics looks great on paper but means nothing at all unless put into practice. I honestly think you should change your bulling and harassment clause to read. IF YOUR LUCKY!!!!
