We would like to say thank you for accepting our inability to go ahead with having the ventilation system installed in our home at 44 Babers Road, Vooranbong. We would like it put on record that we were very happy the way Mark explained it all to us---he did not pressure us at all---an excellent sales person and has the nicest personality---- and we would have liked to go ahead, but unfortunately we are not able. Naturally we would appreciate very much if it were possible to have our deposit returned and we will wait to hear from you re this.
