Caller: A recorded message

Recorded message says "Hi, this is Telstra faults...…." in which I immediately hung up on because Telstra would have a real person call to start with! Rang back number and automatically hung up.

Answered the call to hear a female computer generated voice apparently from the technical department of Telstra.

I was told that my internet was going to be suspended due to suspicious activity and was then given a choice of number options to press.
