I think its a scam but they shouldnt do it to people, I was freaking out. I just had an automated message issueing me with an arrest warrent and threat.

Message was a bit garbled, and recorded or computer generated voice.

End bit of message though said call back or a warrant for arrest would be enacted (or words to that effect)
