Seems like yet another organisation uses this number. General rule - if someone calls you, its not for your benefit, but theirs.

My mobile phone rang but didn't answer it. It didn't to message bank so I block the number straight away.

Caller: Lizzie from Domestic Abuse

Read from script wouldnt stop talking, had to interrupt. Connection was dodgy. I hung up.

No answer when called? said hello 3x just to be hung up

I couldn’t hear or understand the female voice except for the word “survey” so I hung up.

I said Hello 3 times and still no responce so I hung up -

It is an automated message about some survey, I didn't bother listening, promptly hung up, which would be the reason if you ring this number it won't go through.

Phoned our private/silent Landline #.
Had an asian sounding voice. Claims he was from charity.survey.com. Very persistent. Wasn't prepared to answer my questions though.. funny about that!

Questions he started to ask were:
Are you an Australian residence?
What state do you live in? I told him he should know from the phone# he rang!!
He hung up very quickly.

I called back the number (02) 4018 7191 but the call didn't go through
