Caller: NBN

Received call from Jenny @ NBN just now stating my internet server will be turned off within 24 hrs. as its corrupted. Suspected this was a scam but thought I'd go along to see what they say. I tried to confuse her to say what suburb was being affected and gave her ones no where near me but she kept saying she couldn't hear me properly. She asked me to go into Google to check my internet speed - I think it was www.speedtest.net - I just put in my Telstra one, she asked for the speed for upload and download, made up a number 60 for both and she stated this is too low cause of my internet being hacked. She then said to type in www.anydesk.com WHICH I DIDN'T DO OF COURSE but just typed in ANYDESK and came up with messages from different people that this is a scam and I told her its a scam and I hung up!
