Just another internet scammer "I'M xxxv from Tels ..... your computer is ........"just trying it on quickly hung up when I asked him what "I could do him for" ,I guess he doesn't understand aussie terminology .

Caller: A scam Telstra caller

Said they are from Telstra technical support team and I need to turn my computer on as there is suspicious activity on my internet. When asked for a ID number so I could call Telstra Support back to ensure it is legitimate they hang up, called twice in one day feom completely different numbers, when I searched the number it comes up with Chinese results.

I mentioned these calls to telstra at one time, put on do not call list at Telstra and they asked me if I'm on the Do Not Call Register. If these calls are not a scam why would Telstra suggest to be put on the No Call Register. I am no longer answering the landline phone.

Frustrating, ringing 3 to 4 times a day, saying they are from Telstra technical department. I have entered the number in the phone so I can see its them and not answer the phone. I'll see how that works in the next few days

Scammer, presumably "telstra". Person literally admitted to me to being scammers from Mumbai.

Keep phoning twice three times a day

Continually calling and fails to speak when phone answered. Does not leave a message.

Caller: Mary

claiming to be from Telsta telling me my internet would be terminated tomorrow and do i know why........DO NOT ANSWER YES OR NO.......just hang up
