Phone call started with recorded message stating all phone and internet services would be disconnected due to Nbn installation. A “technician “ then came on the line and said he knew there was a lot of errors in the area, and requested access to our computer system to solve the problem. When I said this sounded suspicious the person claimed he was from Telstra, and I then questioned him further he hung up
