They rang again..
Foreign female identified herself as a Telstra reseller & that from next month I would be receiving a discounted bill.
When I asked them the name of their company as the reseller, the female hung up.

This number has called both myself & my Father within a week on spate numbers.
They have rang my number twice today, first time I did not answer. Second time, I answered, received silence for 10 seconds, then a computerised voice said goodbye & hung up.
Did an Internet search for the number, but nothing came up, so posted info here for future reference.
