Hi - I received a charge of $6.00 on my Virgin Mobile bill, I called to complain and they said it was a charge for using premium SMS. In effect I received an sms from this number and I get charged for it and the provider does nothing, I cannot unsubscribe as I am left waiting for an hour for their support on the phone - its a scam thats been going for over 6 months (see other blogs in Telstra) so why dont the telecomm companies just block the number?
