I do not have a home phone installed. I cannot make any calls to any phones. However, I found this phone in my bill. According to the bill I called this phone twice spending 40 cents for each call. This is disturbing as could not happen, unless somebody secretly infiltrated my premises, installed the home phone, called to that number, then uninstalled the phone and went away.
