I got the same message, also on 10 July. I was not game to open the link. Knew my first name though, so I was curious.

I received a text from this entity on July 9 but he/she used the name I use in my e-mail account, I knew straight away this was a scam so I didn’t open it but it goes to show that our e-mail accounts are being browsed by someone and they’re sending text messages to get us to open up.

Caller: Got a text with my first name but no number just a name of unsadrahman and a link
didn't open it looks sus!!!

Same here, personalised message, my nickname not full name, emoji and link, same day. Damn drives you insane..

The text included a link which I would not touch.
